Good Afternoon,
For over twenty years, I have been telling people that eating shelled seafood can be as easy as any other entree on the menu. Most would think that is stretching things abit. Of all the people who would like to have crab or lobster for dinner. almost half talk themselves out of it. Not because of the taste, but it’s just too much work.
If there was a way to eliminate that anxiety, how many of that 50%, that talked themselves out of what they wanted, would follow thru and order the crab or lobster. 10 – 20 – 30%? That would translate into a 25 – 50% increase in existing sales. Those are numbers that cannot be ignored.

Hi,

http://www.lobsteropener.com Thanks
Thanks a lot for the comments to my blog. When someone writes to my blog I need to approve it. You know how it is. Too much garbage can get through. And, I agree I think that a lot of people refrain from eating shellfish because it is too much work. You don’t have to convince me. I love shellfish and I don’t care about getting my hands dirty. G
