Almost the end of 2013, and a little Happy Hour at Stingray was our choice on Monday evening.  Stingray is located at 59 Lake Avenue in Downtown Rehoboth Beach.  Tel. 302-227-6476.  Website?  http://www.stingrayrestaurant.com.

Shelley and I sat by the bar….the section with nice comfortable sofas.

We chatted, relaxed, and spent time together just like girlfriends do.  Pretty special!

Stingray has take out available until 1 a.m., Monday through Sunday from 4 p.m. on.  They have a very interesting menu and not all is Asian.  Choices of Braised Short Ribs, Pan Roasted Chilean Sea Bass, soups and salads and so much more.  The full menu is on their website, above mentioned.

They also have a Sushi Bar on wheels, so if you are considering a working sushi bar and personal sushi chef for your next party, give them a call.

Learn how to roll sushi at Stingray by attending a Sushi 101 class.  Classes are from Noon until 2 p.m.  February, 23rd, April 27th, May 18th.  Price is $45/person.  Please visit the above mentioned website for tickets and more information.

Downtown Rehoboth Beach looked great tonight….all lit up for New Year’s.    Happy New Year!!
