I love Greek food!! And, this week-end is the 25th Annual Ocean City Greek Festival, sponsored by St. George Greek Orthodox Church. The festival will have entertainment, authentic Greek food, and unique vendors.
It will take place at the Roland E. Powell Convention Center at 41st Street and Coastal Highway in Ocean City. Saturday: Noon until 11 p.m. Sunday: Noon until 9 p.m. Parking is free, air-conditioned hall is handicap accessible. Credit cards are accepted at the festival and there is also ATM availability.
Admission: Noon to 4 p.m. daily is free for locals and children under 14 years of age. Others $2/person. Late admission after 4 p.m. is $3/person and children under 14 are free.

Ocean City, Maryland is starting May with plenty to do for all the visitors that will be arriving for the Annual Springfest, then, that will be followed by 2 weeks of dining with Restaurant Week being the main event. And, for all those car enthusiasts, the 23rd Annual Cruisin’ Ocean City will be taking place in mid May. So, where, when….and is the weather going to cooperate? What’s Going On, O.C.?
Thursday, 5/2 – Sunday, 5/5 – Kicking Off the 2013 Season in Ocean City with the celebration of spring and the upcoming summer season. Live entertainment, delicious food, unique arts and crafts under 4 tremendous tents located at the Inlet Lot at the south end of Ocean City’s famous Boardwalk. Sunday, 5/5 – Sunday, 5/19 – Restaurant Weeks in Ocean City. Known for great restaurants and extensive food choices, Ocean City is offering 2 weeks of dining at great prices. No passes, tickets or coupons are needed or required. Just choose a participating restaurant and dine out on the dates of the promotion. Thursday, 5/16 – Sunday, 5/19 – The 23rd Annual Cruisin’ Ocean City. The event has reached its maximum number of participants. Spectator passes will be available at the event. There will be more than 3,000 Hot Rods, Customs, Classics, and Trick Trucks. They will be taking over the streets of O.C. Show hours are Thursday from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., Friday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Locations? Inlet Parking Lot on 809 South Atlantic Ave. and the Convention Center at 4001 Coastal Highway. General Admission? $10…tickets can be purchased at the Inlet or at the Convention Center.
