This is one of my favorite stores at the Delaware Beaches. My friends do know so because I give them some of these baubbles to them. And, some have come to know TKO, Alice, and her husband, Bryant, as well. Love stopping by when in Bethany Beach to check what’s new. Usually, there is plenty to see. Alice and her husband, Bryant, who is also an artist and designer, as well, design and make their jewelry in-house.

Since 1980, Alice has been in business and she has quite a following. Her designs are recognizable; many customers collect her pieces of art.
Alice can customize any of your current pieces of jewelry. Maybe a little “facelift” is all that is needed.
 
From fun to fine jewelry, there is something for that special person in mind or for your own indulgence. Traveling? Her fun jewelry would be perfect!!
Alice has a line of wedding bands. She tells me during the summer, men and women come in because they have lost their wedding bands. That turns into a shopping event; all putting their 2 cents into the conversation.
You may also shop online, but at this time of the year TKO is open Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. You can also call for an appointment, as well.
 
Women love accesorizing with jewelry. Jewelry can add so much to a simple dress. And, at times just that special piece is all you need to make that entrance.
And, for that Caribbean vacation, when warmer climates are just what is in your future….this line is very cool.

They might be doing a lot on work in Downtown Bethany Beach, Delaware, but the stores are open!! Just park on the side streets. At this time of the year is no big deal. Women do love jewelry. These accessories can define you….conservative, traditional, edgy, or out there. There is so much on the market; jewelry can enhance anyone’s outfit. Alice Klein is the designer and owner of TKO….I have to mention her husband, Bryant…a designer and artist himself. Since 1980 Alice Klein has been known as the face for TKO. Alice is an artist. Her designs are well known. And her followers collect her jewelry.
Her designs are different and very recognizable; one of a kind pieces, as well. Working with gold, silver, and gold plated materials. A wide range of prices for everyone on your Holiday list.
New for the season are the Paspaley pearls…South Sea Cultured pearls.

After 31 years in the business, Alice H. Klein, President of TKO, is still designing and making beautiful jewelry. Her designs are unique and stand out among the rest. She uses metals and resins, pearls, Swaroski Crystals, gold, silver, semi precious stones, and precious stones. Her pieces are recognizable. You will get compliments; sooo…pretty and on and on

TKO’s pieces have different price ranges. You can pick up something for a friend or Alice can make a one of a kind piece, especially for you or that person in mind. She can also redesign your dated jewelry.
Also at TKO you will find hard at work, her niece, JoAnne. And, even thought I did not see Bryant, her husband, the other day, you might find him there, as well. He is also a jeweler.

I don’t know what’s the sequence, regarding the heading of this post. Probably depends with Alice’s mood and the time of the year.

You can always find something at TKO. Her designs are beautiful and target a wide range of prices. It could be something for a friend or something more dramatic for yourself.
 
Alice can design anything you want or she can also update a special piece.
I was at the point in Cape Henlopen State Park last week. I always take visitors to that side of the park. You can see the town of Lewes and the Ferry on one side and on a clear day you can see New Jersey on the other.
It was windy and so many kiteboarders. I heard my name being called. It was Alice. She and all these other kiteboarders were having a blast. Actually, she might have been the only woman too. You see she has her passions; designing unique, never boring, pieces of jewelry or doing the extreme; kiteboarding.
This week I went to her store in Bethany. She opens Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
She has so many new pieces. Ones that I fell in love with were the earrings made out of shells she picked up in Puerto Rico. Here they are.
The rest is just a little peak into her designs. The pictures don’t do justice; you need to visit and have her explain to you the types of pearls, the stones, the metals, etc. etc.
