Bodhi Kitchen, Asian Inspired, Restaurant, Rehoboth Beach, Delaware

“I don’t know but I am getting excited about the Shrimp Toast”, my friend B said? Let’s have it.

And here is a close up. So glad we ordered them. As you can see this appetizer was perfect for sharing. It was very good.

From the Dim Sum our next choice became our favorite. Our server said it is a favorite of customers, as well.Dim Sum are “small dishes; steamed, baked, or fried”. Each dish contains about 3 to 4 pieces. Ours had 6. Another shareable dish.

This was called Soup Dumpling.

The soup is inside. You can take the spoon, pick it up, dip in the broth an then whole into your mouth. Or you can take a bite an it will not run down your chin. It is a little thicker. It is the most delicious and not to be missed.

Bodhi Kitchen is located at 10 N 1st St., in Downtown Rehoboth Beach. Reservations would be best. There is brunch on Sunday from 11-2. Dinner 5-9. Monday through Thursday 5-9. Friday and Saturday 5-10. Happy Hour every day 5-6.

My Braised Cumin Lamb Ho Fun was delicious. soy braised shoulder, wheat noodles, chili oil, Chinese spinach, peanuts and bok choy. All the entrees are perfect for sharing. Generous portions.

A stir fried noodle dish. It is also part of the country cuisine of Thailand. The Pad Thai with our choice of shrimp at Bodhi I could certainly have again. Rice noodles, tamarind, peanuts, bird’s eye chili, bean sprouts, cilantro and lime. Those little red peppers are spicy.

Our reservation was early but it took no time to get the restaurant to get filled up.

I am glad we have more choices in Rehoboth Beach because……..

AboutMyBeaches is on Facebook and Instagram. Have a great weekend ??
