This is a great opportunity for Valentine’s Day shoppers, diners, and visitors to participate in this fun event.  It is for the whole family.  The retail businesses and restaurants will be offering Valentine holiday-themed specials, including discounts on specific items.

Please make sure to stop by P.U.P.S.  The store is a popular place for humans and their best friend.  It is not only for dogs.  Cats are not forgotten; they are best friends of many.

dscn0979

They day I stopped by I finally got to meet Leslie.  It was great to see her interaction with her customers that seemed to know the store so well.

The customers came with their dogs and they were so funny.  This puppy was just adorable.  I think his name was Kalo.

These other ones were getting to know each other.

dscn1002

The store has leashes, treats, bath essentials….and something for the human in the pet’s life.

dscn1009

I remember it well.  It was last Sunday when the temperatures were in the 50s.  Historic Lewes is pretty year round.  But, on that day it was just amazing.  People were outside, enjoying what visitors come here for; blue skies, the quaint towns, our beaches, our shops and our restaurants.

I decided to visit Josh.  He is the owner of Shorebreak, located at 115 Savannah Rd., Lewes, Delaware.  Tel. 302-6450-8488.  Website?  http://www.shopshorebreak.com. I visited him when he first started the store and now, after a couple of years in business, he has found success in his hometown.  Yes, he is a local guy!!

dscn1035

There are not that many men shops in our area, so it is great to showcase the ones that offer that casual type of clothing that go hand in hand with our relaxed way of living at the beach.

Shorebreak opens Thursday through Monday; 11 a.m. until 5 p.m.  During the summer season, they are open every day.

dscn1020dscn1023
