For the first time in its 22 years the Sea Witch Festival had to cancel the Costume Parade. Due to the high winds and rain conditions, it was going to be unsafe. Another decision? It will not be rescheduled.
Nevertheless, even though the Parade is one of the main attractions, the Sea Witch Festival has grown so much that there will be plenty of other activities to be enjoyed throughout Saturday and Sunday.
